Public Transit
From Inglewood, head to the nearest Metro bus stop. You can take the Metro Line 117 heading towards the South Bay Galleria. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the stop at Manchester Bl + Prairie Av. From there, transfer to the Metro Line C (Green Line) towards Norwalk. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Aviation/LAX Station. Next, transfer to the Metro Line 62 towards Downtown LA. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at Olvera St. Walk a short distance to 10 Olvera St, and you'll arrive at the Avila Adobe.
Walking
If you're close to the Inglewood City Hall, you can start walking towards the Inglewood Transit Center on S. La Brea Ave. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Once at the Transit Center, take the Metro Line 210 towards Long Beach. Get off at the stop at Grand Av + 1st St. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Avila Adobe at 10 Olvera St. Just head south on Grand Ave, take a left on 1st St, and then a right on Olvera St.
Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Open your app, set your pickup location in Inglewood, and enter '10 Olvera St, Los Angeles, CA 90012' as your destination. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Your driver will take you directly to the entrance of Avila Adobe.
