Bus
To reach Castaways Park at 700 Dover Dr, Newport Beach, take the OCTA bus route 55 from any central location in Irvine. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the 'Pacific Coast Hwy & Dover Dr' stop. Once you get off, walk south on Dover Dr for about 5 minutes. The park entrance will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Irvine. Start from the Irvine Spectrum Center and head south on Alton Pkwy. Continue onto Jamboree Rd towards Newport Beach. Follow the bike lanes until you reach Pacific Coast Hwy. Turn right onto Pacific Coast Hwy and then left onto Dover Dr. Castaways Park will be on your right after a short ride of about 30 minutes.

For those who enjoy walking, start at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Head west towards Michelson Dr and follow it until you reach Jamboree Rd. Turn right on Jamboree Rd and continue walking until you reach Pacific Coast Hwy. Then, turn left and walk along the highway until you reach Dover Dr. Walk south on Dover Dr for about 10 minutes to arrive at Castaways Park.
