Walking
If you are starting from the Irvine Spectrum Center, head northwest on Spectrum Center Drive. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Alton Parkway. Turn left onto Alton Parkway and walk for about 1 mile. You will then reach the intersection with Harvard Avenue. Turn right onto Harvard Avenue, and after a short walk, you will see signs for Chaparral Park. Continue on Harvard Avenue until you reach Sundance Drive, then turn left and follow Sundance Drive to the entrance of Chaparral Park.
Public Transit
From the Irvine Train Station, take the OCTA Bus Route 86 towards John Wayne Airport. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Harvard & Alton' bus stop. From there, walk south on Harvard Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Sundance Drive. Turn left onto Sundance Drive, and you will see Chaparral Park just ahead.
Biking
If you are starting from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), exit the campus and head north on Campus Drive. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Harvard Avenue. Turn left onto Harvard Avenue and bike for about 1.5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with Sundance Drive, turn right. Continue on Sundance Drive until you arrive at Chaparral Park.
