From any point in Irvine, head to the nearest bus stop that services the OC Bus routes. You can take Route 86, which goes directly to Disneyland. Make sure to check the bus schedule for times. Once you arrive at the Disneyland stop, follow the signs towards the Disneyland Resort entrance. After passing through security, walk towards Disneyland Park. The Mark Twain Riverboat is located on the Rivers of America, and you'll easily spot it as you enter the park.

Make your way to the Irvine Transportation Center, which is the nearest train station. Take the Metrolink Orange County Line towards Los Angeles and get off at the Anaheim station. From the Anaheim station, you can catch the ART (Anaheim Resort Transportation) shuttle services that will take you directly to Disneyland Resort. Get off at the Disneyland stop, and follow the signs into the park. The Mark Twain Riverboat is located near the entrance on the Rivers of America.
