    Getting There

    Bus

    From Irvine, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the Irvine Transportation Center. Take the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Bus Route 79 toward Long Beach. After approximately 45 minutes, disembark at the Long Beach Transit Mall. From there, transfer to the Metro Blue Line light rail towards Washington Station. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 1st Street Station. Exit the station and walk south towards Pine Ave. The Promenade will be on your right.

    Train

    Start at the Irvine Station and take the Metrolink train towards Los Angeles Union Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Fullerton station. From Fullerton, transfer to the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner heading south toward San Diego. Get off at the Long Beach Transit Station after a 30-minute ride. Then, walk to the nearby Metro Blue Line light rail station and take it to the 1st Street Station. Once you exit the station, head south on Pine Ave to reach the Promenade.

    Bicycle

    If you're up for an adventure, you can rent a bicycle in Irvine. Head towards the Santa Ana River Trail, which connects to the Pacific Coast Highway bike path. Follow the path to Long Beach. Upon arriving, continue on the bike path and follow the signs to Pine Ave. The Promenade will be located at the intersection of Pine Ave and the waterfront.
