Start at the nearest bus stop to your location in Irvine. Take the OCTA Bus Route 89 towards Long Beach. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the 'Long Beach Transit Gallery' stop. From there, transfer to the Metro Blue Line train at the Long Beach Transit Gallery Station heading towards 'Washington Station.' After about 5 stops, get off at 'Downtown Long Beach Station.' Exit the station and walk east on 1st St towards Pine Ave, then turn left onto Pine Ave. Walk south until you reach Ocean Blvd, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach 300 E Ocean Blvd, where the Terrace Theater is located.

From the Irvine Train Station, board the Metrolink Train on the Orange County Line towards Los Angeles. Get off at the 'Fullerton Station.' From Fullerton, transfer to the Metrolink 91/Perris Valley Line towards Los Angeles and get off at 'Los Angeles Union Station.' At Union Station, transfer to the Metro Blue Line towards Long Beach. Get off at 'Downtown Long Beach Station.' After exiting the station, walk east on 1st St towards Pine Ave, turn left onto Pine Ave, walk south to Ocean Blvd, turn right, and continue walking until you reach 300 E Ocean Blvd.

Rent a bicycle from a nearby rental shop in Irvine. Take the Santa Ana River Trail southbound towards the coast. Continue on the trail until you reach the city of Long Beach. Once in Long Beach, follow signage directing you towards downtown. When you reach Ocean Blvd, turn left and continue riding until you reach 300 E Ocean Blvd, where the Terrace Theater is located.
