  From the Irvine Spectrum Center, walk to the bus stop located at 71 Fortune Drive. Take the OC Bus Route 86 towards Tustin. Ride the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at the Tustin Metrolink Station. Once you arrive at the Tustin Metrolink Station, exit the bus and walk south along the train tracks towards the intersection with Jamboree Road. From there, turn left on Jamboree Road and walk east until you reach South B Street.
