Getting There

Car
If you are driving within Joshua Tree National Park, head towards the main road, Park Boulevard. From the Joshua Tree Visitor Center, take Park Boulevard east for about 5 miles. Look for the sign indicating Cap Rock on your right. Turn onto the Cap Rock Road, which will lead you directly to the Cap Rock Nature Trail parking area. The parking lot is free of charge and has ample space.
