If you are starting from the Joshua Tree Visitor Center located at 6554 Park Blvd, Joshua Tree, CA 92252, exit the center and head east on Park Blvd. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 62. Turn left onto Highway 62 and walk north for about 1 mile. After that, you will see the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park on your right. Once you enter the park, follow the signs for Intersection Rock, which is located within the Hidden Valley area of the park. It will be about a 1.5-mile walk from the entrance to Intersection Rock.

From the Joshua Tree town center, head south on Park Blvd towards the Joshua Tree Visitor Center. Continue on Park Blvd until you reach Highway 62. Turn right onto Highway 62 and bike north for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. Once you enter the park, follow the signs for Intersection Rock, which is approximately 1.5 miles from the entrance.
