Walking
If you are starting from the La Jolla Cove, head south on Coast Blvd toward Girard Ave. After about 0.5 miles, turn right onto Girard Ave and continue walking until you reach Prospect St. Turn left onto Prospect St and walk until you reach the intersection with Torrey Pines Rd. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the bus stop at the corner of Torrey Pines Rd and La Jolla Village Dr. Take the bus #30 towards Downtown San Diego. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the stop at El Prado and Park Blvd. From there, walk east on El Prado for about 0.2 miles until you reach Casa Del Prado, located at 1650 El Prado, San Diego, CA.
Public Transport
From La Jolla Village, head to the nearest bus stop on La Jolla Village Dr and take the bus #30 towards Downtown San Diego. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at El Prado and Park Blvd. Walk east on El Prado for about 0.2 miles until you reach Casa Del Prado, located at 1650 El Prado, San Diego, CA. This route is convenient and allows you to enjoy the sights along the way.
Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bike at one of the local rental shops in La Jolla. Start by heading south on Coast Blvd, then turn right onto Girard Ave. Follow Girard Ave to Prospect St, then turn left. Continue on Prospect St until you reach Torrey Pines Rd. Cross the road and head towards the bus stop at Torrey Pines Rd and La Jolla Village Dr, where you can catch the bus #30 if needed. Alternatively, continue biking straight down El Prado for about 0.2 miles until you arrive at Casa Del Prado, located at 1650 El Prado, San Diego, CA.
