    If you are in the downtown area of Laguna Beach, head toward Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). From Main Beach, walk northeast along Pacific Coast Highway until you reach the intersection of PCH and Laguna Canyon Road. Cross PCH at the intersection to continue on Laguna Canyon Road. Walk for about 1.5 miles until you reach the bus stop for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus line 1, which will take you to Dana Point.

    Public Transit

    To take the bus, from Laguna Beach, you can catch the OCTA bus line 1 at the Laguna Canyon Road bus stop mentioned earlier. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times. After a short ride of about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Dana Point stop near the intersection of Golden Lantern and PCH. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes northeast on Golden Lantern, and you will arrive at Catalina Express located at 34675 Golden Lantern.
