Public Transit
Start at the Livermore Transit Center located at 2500 Railroad Ave, Livermore, CA 94550. Board the WHEELS bus route 10 towards the Livermore Outlets. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Wheels Terminal' stop. From there, transfer to the WHEELS route 30, which goes towards 'Dublin/Pleasanton BART'. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Mines Rd & Wetmore Rd' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Wetmore Rd for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Mines Rd. Continue walking for another mile and you will arrive at Murrieta's Well, located at 3005 Mines Rd, Livermore, CA 94550.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, start at downtown Livermore and head southeast on First Street, which becomes South Livermore Ave. Continue on South Livermore Ave for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Avenue. Turn right onto East Avenue and follow it for approximately 1 mile. When you reach Mines Rd, take a left turn and bike for about 3 miles. Murrieta's Well will be on your right at 3005 Mines Rd, Livermore, CA 94550. The ride offers scenic views of the vineyards.
Walking
For those who enjoy a long walk, starting from downtown Livermore, head south on South Livermore Ave. Continue straight for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with East Avenue. Turn right onto East Avenue and walk for about 1 mile. At the intersection with Mines Rd, turn left and continue straight for about 3 miles.
