From any location in Long Beach, start by locating the nearest Metro Blue Line station. Take the train towards Washington Station. Disembark at the Washington Station and transfer to the Metro Green Line. Board the Green Line towards Redondo Beach. Get off at the Aviation/Century Station. From there, catch the 'Beach Cities Transit' bus number 109 towards Manhattan Beach. Get off at the stop closest to 2600 Highland Ave. Bruce's Beach will be a short walk from the stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at one of the bike rental shops in Long Beach. Start by heading towards Ocean Blvd and follow it west until you reach the bike path that runs along the beach. Continue on the bike path until you reach the Manhattan Beach area. Once you reach Manhattan Beach, navigate to Highland Ave and head north until you arrive at Bruce's Beach at 2600 Highland Ave.
Walking
If you are within walking distance from the beach areas, simply make your way to the nearest beach access point. Walk along the shoreline towards the Manhattan Beach Pier. Once you reach the pier, head inland on Manhattan Ave and then turn left onto Highland Ave. Continue walking north on Highland Ave. Bruce's Beach will be on your right at 2600 Highland Ave.
