From Long Beach, head to the Long Beach Transit Mall located in downtown Long Beach at 1 Pine Ave. Take the Metro Blue Line towards Los Angeles and get off at the 7th Street/Metro Center station. Once there, transfer to the Metro Green Line towards Norwalk and get off at the Norwalk station. From Norwalk, you can catch the bus 460 towards Disneyland Resort. The bus will take you directly to the Disneyland Resort area, where Pixar Pier is located.
