Getting There

• Bus

  From downtown Long Beach, head to the nearest Long Beach Transit bus stop. You can take the Line 51 bus towards San Pedro. The bus will take you through the city and you will get off at the stop labeled 'Vincent Thomas Bridge.' From there, walk towards the bridge entrance, which is clearly marked. The walk will take about 10 minutes.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the local bike share stations in downtown Long Beach. Once you have your bike, head south on Shoreline Drive until you reach the intersection with Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). Turn left onto PCH and then right onto Vineland Ave. Continue straight until you see the signs for the Vincent Thomas Bridge. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

  If you are near the Long Beach waterfront, you can walk to the Vincent Thomas Bridge. Start at the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific and head south along the waterfront path. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Harbor Blvd and 1st St. Cross the street and follow the signs directing you to the Vincent Thomas Bridge. This walk will take about 50 minutes, but you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.

• Ride-sharing

  Use a ride-sharing app like Uber or Lyft. Enter 'Vincent Thomas Bridge, San Pedro, CA' as your destination. The driver will pick you up from your current location in Long Beach and take you directly to the bridge. The ride usually takes around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
