    Amoeba Music is conveniently located across the street from the Hollywood & Vine Metro Red Line station. Take the Red Line to Hollywood & Vine, and exit towards Hollywood Boulevard. The store is a short walk east, on the south side of the street. A single ride on the Metro costs $1.75.

  • Bus

    Several bus lines stop near Amoeba Music, including the 2, 217, DASH, 180, and 222. The 217 bus stops one block west on Hollywood between Argyle & Vine. Check the LA Metro website or app for specific routes and schedules. A single ride on the bus costs $1.75.

  • Driving

    If driving, Amoeba Music is located in the El Centro complex at 6200 Hollywood Blvd. There is a large, well-managed underground parking garage for the complex (enter on Argyle), just half a block south of Amoeba. Amoeba validates parking for 75 minutes with purchase. Parking lot is paperless so you'll need to present your mobile phone number at time of purchase to receive a validation QR code to present at exit. Without validation, parking rates in the El Centro Garage can vary, but typically range from $3 for every 15 minutes, with daily maximums reaching $30 or more. There are also several other parking lots in the area, including a public parking lot on Vine between Selma and Hollywood that is very walkable to Amoeba. Additionally there are parking meters on the Hollywood, Argyle, and El Centro streets around the store. Metered parking costs vary, but generally range from $1-$2 per hour, with time limits.
