Driving
From Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in Malibu, turn onto Topanga Canyon Road. Drive 3.8 miles to Fernwood Pacific Drive and turn left. Fernwood Pacific eventually turns into Tuna Canyon Road. Continue for about 3.8 miles; the park entrance, an unmarked fire road, will be on your right at the intersection of Tuna Canyon and Hearst Tank Motorway. Limited street parking is available before and after the park entrance. Be aware that Tuna Canyon Road becomes a one-way street beyond the trailhead. Parking is free.

Public Transport
From downtown Los Angeles, take the Metro Bus Line 534 towards Santa Monica. Get off at the 'PCH & Malibu Pier' stop. From there, transfer to the Malibu Shuttle. Check the shuttle schedule and get off at the nearest stop to Tuna Canyon Park. Walk approximately 1 mile to reach the park entrance. A single fare for Metro Bus is $1.75.
