Walking
If you are starting from Cannery Row, head east on Cannery Row towards the intersection with 17th Street. Turn left onto 17th Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Lighthouse Avenue. Turn right onto Lighthouse Avenue and proceed until you reach Custom House Plaza. The Monterey State Historic Park will be on your left at 20 Custom House Plaza.

From Fisherman's Wharf, walk south on Wharf 2 towards the end of the pier. Continue walking straight to the intersection with Del Monte Avenue. Turn left onto Del Monte Avenue and walk towards the intersection with Custom House Plaza. Turn right onto Custom House Plaza, and the Monterey State Historic Park will be located at 20 Custom House Plaza on your right.
