Public Transport
Santa Clara University is conveniently accessible via public transportation. The Santa Clara Caltrain station is located directly across the street from the university on The Alameda. From the Caltrain station, it's a short walk to the campus entrance. VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) also provides bus service to the Santa Clara Transit Center, located on the northeastern end of the campus area. Several bus lines serve the campus, including lines 22, 59, 60 and 522. A single ride on VTA costs $2, or a day pass can be purchased for $6.
