From Oakland, head to the nearest BART station, such as 12th St. Oakland City Center. Board a train heading towards San Francisco/Daly City. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the Montgomery St. station. Exit the station and walk north on Montgomery St. for about 2 blocks. Turn right on California St. and walk for 1 block. St. Mary's Square will be on your left at 651 California St.

Find the nearest AC Transit bus stop and take Bus Line 1, which heads toward San Francisco. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop at Montgomery St. & California St. Walk east on California St. for 1 block, and you will find St. Mary's Square at 651 California St. on your left.

Head to the Jack London Square Ferry Terminal in Oakland. Take the ferry to San Francisco Ferry Building. Once you arrive, walk north on Embarcadero St. until you reach Montgomery St., then turn left and walk for 2 blocks. Finally, turn right on California St., and St. Mary's Square will be on your left at 651 California St.
