Get off at the Embarcadero Station. Once there, transfer to MUNI bus #30 or #43 towards the Presidio. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Arguello Blvd & Presidio Blvd. From the bus stop, walk north on Arguello Blvd for about 5 minutes to reach Pershing Square at 97 Arguello Blvd.
