O'side Rock Garden is located along The Strand N. If you are near the Oceanside Pier, head north along The Strand. The garden is a short walk along the paved path. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport
The Oceanside Transit Center is a major transportation hub with access to Amtrak, Coaster, Metrolink, Sprinter, and Breeze bus lines. From the transit center, you can walk along Seagaze Drive to The Strand, then head north. Alternatively, the gO'side shuttle offers rides around Downtown Oceanside; check the Ride Circuit app for availability. A single ride on the Breeze bus is around $2.00.
Driving
If driving, approach O'side Rock Garden via The Strand N. Parking is available in nearby beach parking lots, but these can close overnight. Check posted closing times. Parking costs vary, with daily rates ranging from $15-$20 during the summer. Free parking is available within 3 blocks east of the pier in the transit center parking structure and along Cleveland St. Payment is required every day, including Sundays and holidays.
