Getting There

• Public Transport

  The easiest way to reach Thrusters Lounge via public transport is by bus. From various points in San Diego, take the MTS bus route 8, which stops at W Mission Bay Dr & Mission Bl, a short walk from Thrusters Lounge. From the bus stop, walk east on Mission Bay Dr, then turn right onto Mission Blvd. Thrusters Lounge will be on your right. A one-way fare on the bus is $2.50.

• Taxi/Ride-Share

  If arriving by taxi or ride-sharing service (Uber/Lyft), simply provide the driver with the address: 4633 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109. The driver will drop you off directly in front of the lounge. A ride from downtown San Diego typically costs between $25-$35, depending on traffic and surge pricing. A taxi from San Diego International Airport (SAN) to Pacific Beach costs approximately $27-$35.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Pacific Beach area, walking to Thrusters Lounge is a great option. From the Pacific Beach pier, walk south along the boardwalk until you reach the end. Turn left onto Mission Boulevard, and Thrusters Lounge will be a few blocks down on your right. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes and offers scenic views of the beach and surrounding area.

  Driving to Thrusters Lounge is straightforward, but parking in Pacific Beach can be challenging, especially during peak hours. From Interstate 5, exit onto Garnet Avenue and head west towards the beach. Turn left onto Mission Boulevard. Thrusters Lounge will be on your right. Parking is primarily street parking, which is free but often limited. There are also a few paid parking lots along Mission Boulevard, with hourly rates typically ranging from $3-$5. Be aware of street sweeping schedules to avoid tickets.
