Driving
From Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), look for the trailhead parking area on the west side of the road, across from the Naval Base Ventura County training range. The parking area is a small dirt lot with limited spaces. Parking is free. Be cautious when crossing PCH, as traffic can be heavy. There are no tolls on this immediate final approach.
Walking
If you are walking from a nearby location on PCH, carefully cross the highway at a safe point. Proceed to the dirt parking area that marks the trailhead. Be aware of the lack of sidewalks and the potential for uneven terrain along the roadside.
