From Palm Desert, take the SunLine bus Route 20 from the Palm Desert Transit Center towards the Coachella Valley. You will need to transfer at the Palm Springs Transportation Center to Route 29, which heads towards Twentynine Palms. Make sure to check the schedule for the bus timings. Once you're on Route 29, ride until you reach the Twentynine Palms stop. This journey may take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on transfer times.
