From Palm Desert, take the SunLine bus Route 20 from the Palm Desert Transit Center towards the Coachella Valley. You will need to transfer at the Palm Springs Transportation Center to Route 29, which heads towards Twentynine Palms. Make sure to check the schedule for the bus timings. Once you're on Route 29, ride until you reach the Twentynine Palms stop. This journey may take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on transfer times.

After arriving at the Twentynine Palms bus stop, you will need to walk to Keys Ranch. Head north on Adobe Road for about 2 miles. This walk will take you through the beautiful desert landscape. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the area can get quite hot. Follow the signs to Joshua Tree National Park, as Keys Ranch is located within the park.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer to bike, consider renting a bicycle in Palm Desert. Use the same SunLine bus Route 20 to travel to the Palm Springs Transportation Center. From there, switch to Route 29 to Twentynine Palms. Once you arrive, you can bike along Adobe Road towards Keys Ranch.
