After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to Shiprock, which is located at the intersection of N Palm Canyon Drive and E Alejo Road. From there, it’s a short walk to Shiprock. Head north on N Palm Canyon Drive, then turn right onto E Alejo Road, and you will see Shiprock on your left.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Palm Desert. Start by cycling east on El Paseo until you reach Highway 111. Follow the bike lanes along Highway 111 towards Palm Springs. Continue on the designated bike routes until you reach the intersection of N Palm Canyon Drive. From there, head north on N Palm Canyon Drive and turn right onto E Alejo Road to reach Shiprock.

If you are up for a walk, start from the center of Palm Desert. Head east on El Paseo towards Highway 111. Once you reach Highway 111, cross to the north side and continue on the sidewalk. Follow the highway north until you reach the intersection of N Palm Canyon Drive. Turn right and continue walking until you reach E Alejo Road. Turn left onto E Alejo Road, and you will find Shiprock shortly ahead.
