Getting There

  • Public Transport

    The VTA Route 40 bus stops at Charleston and Huff streets, near the Google Visitor Experience. Take Caltrain to the Mountain View Transit Center and transfer to VTA Route 40. The Mountain View Community Shuttle and MVgo Shuttle also provide free transportation options around Mountain View, connecting the Transit Center to North Bayshore. Check the MVgo website for routes and schedules.

  • Walking

    From Shoreline Amphitheatre Parking Lot C, walk north for approximately 4 minutes to reach the Google Visitor Experience. From Alta Garage, walk for about 8 minutes. From the intersection of N Shoreline Blvd and Shoreline Blvd, walk north for 5 minutes.

  • Taxi/Ride-Share

    When using a ride-share service, set the destination as Gradient Canopy. The drop-off point is in front of the building, near the west entrance. A short ride from the Mountain View Transit Center will typically cost $10-15.

  • Parking

    Free parking is available at Shoreline Amphitheatre Parking Lot C, a 4-minute walk away. Note that Lot C is closed on concert days. On those days, use Alta Garage at 1001 Alta Ave, an 8-minute walk. EV charging is available at Alta Garage.
