    Driving

    From the 57 Freeway, exit at Temple Ave and head east. Take the first left onto Mission Blvd, and follow it for a minute until you reach Sorrento Dr. Turn left onto Sorrento Dr and park along the street. Note that parking can be limited. From there, a small hill to the left of a gate marked 'Road End' leads to a cement walkway behind the Via Moreno housing complex; take this walkway to access the hillside.

    Public Transport

    From the Pomona Transit Center, transfer to bus route 197 towards Cal Poly Pomona. Get off at the stop nearest to Elephant Hill. Follow the signs to the trailhead, which should be a short walk from the bus stop. Foothill Transit and Omnitrans buses serve the Pomona Transit Center. A single fare on Foothill Transit is typically $1.00 - $1.25.
