Alternatively, several bus lines, including the 2, 18, 20, 51, 603 and 720, stop near the park. A single bus fare is also $2.
Walking
From Langer's Delicatessen (704 S Alvarado St), walk north on Alvarado Street towards Wilshire Boulevard. Cross Wilshire Boulevard at the intersection, and you will arrive at the southern edge of MacArthur Park, where the lake is located. The walk is approximately 2 minutes. Be aware of street vending and pedestrian traffic.
Ride Share
From the Arts District, a rideshare to MacArthur Park will cost approximately $15-20, depending on traffic and the time of day. The drop-off location is best set to the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Park View Street, providing direct access to the park's lake area. Expect heavier traffic during peak hours.
