From Pasadena, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Metro Gold Line towards Union Station. Get off at Union Station and transfer to the Metro Red Line towards North Hollywood. At the Hollywood/Highland Station, transfer to the Metro 704 Bus towards Santa Monica. Get off at Venice Blvd & Pacific Ave, and from there, it's a short walk to Venice Beach.
