Disembark at the next stop, Del Mar Station. From Del Mar Station, exit and walk north on Del Mar Boulevard toward Colorado Boulevard. Turn left onto Colorado Boulevard and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Arroyo Boulevard. Turn right onto North Arroyo Boulevard and continue walking for about 0.3 miles. Finally, turn left onto Carnarvon Drive. Pegfair Estates Historic District will be on your right at 1340 Carnarvon Drive.

From Pasadena City Hall, walk to the bus stop at 100 N Garfield Ave. Take the Metro Bus Line 180 towards Union Station. After about 10 minutes and 4 stops, get off at the intersection of North Arroyo Boulevard and Carnarvon Drive. Walk south on Carnarvon Drive for a short distance, and you will arrive at Pegfair Estates Historic District located at 1340 Carnarvon Drive.
