Aaron Wines is a family-owned boutique winery located in the heart of Paso Robles' vibrant Tin City. Since 2002, winemaker Aaron Jackson has been dedicated to crafting powerful, age-worthy wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Central Coast. Eschewing conventionality, Aaron Wines focuses on Petite Sirah and Rhône varietals sourced from the rugged hillsides of Westside Paso Robles, as well as Pinot Noir and aromatic whites from the cool, coastal region of the San Luis Obispo (SLO) Coast. The tasting room offers an intimate experience where visitors can sample current releases just steps from where the wines are produced. Knowledgeable staff guide guests through a curated tasting, highlighting the distinct characteristics of each wine. After the tasting, guests are encouraged to explore the Tin City community, home to a variety of artisan producers. Aaron Wines is committed to sustainable practices and minimal intervention winemaking, allowing the fruit and terroir to express themselves authentically. This approach results in wines that are both complex and approachable, showcasing the best of Paso Robles and the Central Coast. Tastings are available indoors, outdoors on a covered patio, or in the Ohana Room for a more in-depth experience. Reservations are recommended due to limited space, especially for larger groups.
