From the Pismo Beach Pier, head east on Pomeroy Avenue, then turn left onto Stimson Avenue. Walk north for approximately 0.6 miles, then turn right onto Highland Drive. Continue for about 0.2 miles; Highland Park will be on your left. The walk is moderately uphill. No costs involved.

From the Pismo Beach Premium Outlets, take the SLO Transit Route 24 towards Government Center. Get off at the 4th Street at James Way stop. From there, walk north on James Way, turn right onto Highland Drive, and continue for a short distance to Highland Park on your right. From Highway 101 North: Take the 4th Street exit, turn left onto James Way, then right onto Highland Drive. The park will be on the right. The park will be on the right. Parking is free. However, there are no reservations available; it is first-come, first-served.
