Public Transport
The San Jose Museum of Art is accessible via public transportation. From the San Jose Diridon Station, it's approximately a 15-20 minute, 0.7-mile walk. You can exit the station, turn right, and then left onto San Fernando Street. The museum will be at the corner of Market and San Fernando. Alternatively, you can take the VTA light rail to the Santa Clara Street stop, then walk west towards Market Street. Several bus lines also stop near the museum. A single VTA fare costs $2.50.

The San Jose Museum of Art is located in downtown San Jose at 110 S Market Street. If you are in the downtown area, the museum is easily accessible by foot. It is located next to the Circle of Palms Plaza and Plaza de César Chávez. From San Jose State University, it's a short walk west on San Fernando Street. Be aware that the area can be busy, especially during events.
