Driving
If driving from San Francisco or Oakland, take Highway 80 eastbound and exit onto Highway 37. From San Jose, take Highway 680 over the Benicia Bridge, then Highway 780 to Highway 80 east, and finally Highway 37. From Sacramento, take Highway 80 westbound and exit at Discovery Kingdom. From Highway 37, take the Fairgrounds Drive exit. Parking is available at the park, with general parking costing $45. Preferred parking is also available for a higher fee. Consider purchasing parking online in advance.

Public Transport
Several public transportation options are available. Amtrak offers a Thruway Shuttle from the Martinez Station to the park. Vallejo BartLink provides transportation from the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, though service is not available on Sundays. SolTrans also provides bus service to Discovery Kingdom from the Vallejo Transit Building and Westfield Solano Mall on Routes 5 and 85, but there is no service on Sundays. From San Francisco, you can take a ferry to Vallejo Ferry Terminal and then transfer to a bus to the park. A one-way SolTrans bus fare is around $2-4.
