Founded in 2015 by Sarah Hemly, Hemly Cider is located on the Greene & Hemly property, among pear orchards and cornfields. The tasting room is housed in a converted airplane hangar, offering a rustic and inviting atmosphere. Visitors can sample a variety of ciders, including the Original Pear Cider, Pink Lady Apple Cider, and the unique Sloughhouse Jalapeno Pear Cider. The ciders range from 4.5 to 6.9% ABV. Beyond the cider itself, Hemly Cider embodies a community spirit, hosting local events like tastings and live music. The outdoor patio provides a scenic spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings, with views of the orchards and the Sacramento River.
