Getting There
Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards San Diego's Point Loma area. From downtown San Diego, take I-5 S and exit onto CA-75 S towards Coronado. Continue on CA-75 S, which will take you across the San Diego-Coronado Bridge. Once you reach Coronado, follow the signs for Silver Strand State Beach. Turn left onto Ocean Blvd, then follow it until you reach Breakers Beach. There is parking available nearby, but note that parking fees may apply.
Public Transportation
To reach Breakers Beach via public transportation, start by taking the San Diego Trolley (Orange Line) to the 'H Street' station. From there, transfer to Bus 901 towards Coronado Ferry. After approximately 30 minutes on the bus, get off at the 'Coronado Village' stop. From there, you can either walk (about 1.5 miles) or catch a local shuttle service to Breakers Beach. Be sure to check the San Diego public transit schedule for the latest bus timings. Note that a one-way fare may cost around $2.50.
Bicycle
