    The Tipsy Crow is located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, making it easily accessible on foot from most nearby hotels, the San Diego Convention Center, and Horton Plaza. From the Convention Center, walk west on Harbor Drive, then turn left onto 5th Avenue. The Tipsy Crow will be on your right. Walking from Horton Plaza, head south on 4th Avenue, then turn right onto Island Avenue and walk one block to 5th Avenue. The bar will be on your left. This option is free.
