Getting There

• Public Transit (Bus)

  From downtown San Francisco, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the MUNI bus lines 30, 45, or 33. Board the bus heading towards the Bayview or the Marina area. If you take the 30, get off at the stop at Bay and Taylor Streets. From there, walk up Taylor Street towards Vallejo Street. Turn left onto Vallejo Street, and you will find Ina Coolbrith Park on your right at the intersection of Vallejo & Taylor.

• Public Transit (Cable Car)

  Start at Powell Street and board the Powell-Hyde or Powell-Mason cable car. Ride until you reach the end of the line at the Fisherman’s Wharf area. From there, walk east along the waterfront to Taylor Street. Turn left onto Taylor Street and walk up the hill. Continue until you reach Vallejo Street and then turn left. Ina Coolbrith Park will be on your right.

• Walking

  If you are near the iconic Lombard Street, you can walk to Ina Coolbrith Park. Start at Lombard Street and head downhill towards Leavenworth Street. Turn right on Leavenworth and walk until you reach Vallejo Street. Turn left onto Vallejo Street and walk up the hill. The park will be on your left at the intersection of Vallejo & Taylor.

• Biking

  For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations available throughout San Francisco. Start from the Embarcadero and bike towards North Beach. Follow the bike lanes up Taylor Street, and then make a right onto Vallejo Street. Continue until you reach the intersection of Vallejo & Taylor where Ina Coolbrith Park is located.
