    From Daly City BART Station, board a train heading to Montgomery St. station in San Francisco. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Montgomery St. station, exit the station and head towards Market St. Walk north on Market St. until you reach the intersection with Powell St. Turn left onto Powell St. and continue walking until you reach the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Turnaround. Here, you can catch the Powell-Hyde Cable Car.

    Once on the Powell-Hyde Cable Car, enjoy the scenic ride as it climbs up to Nob Hill. Stay on the cable car until you reach the last stop at Hyde St. and Beach St. From here, walk east on Beach St. until you reach the intersection with North Point St. Turn left onto North Point St. and continue until you reach Vallejo St. Turn right onto Vallejo St. The National Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi will be on your right at 610 Vallejo St.

    From the Daly City BART Station, take the Muni Bus Route 14 or 28 towards the city. Get off at the stop near the Embarcadero. From there, transfer to Muni Route 8 and head towards North Beach. Get off at the stop on Vallejo St. and walk a short distance to 610 Vallejo St., where the National Shrine of St. Francis of Assisi is located.
