Public Transport
From Daly City BART station, take the SamTrans bus line PCX or 110 towards Pacifica. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the Hwy 1 & Crespi Dr stop, which is a short 3-minute walk to Pacifica State Beach. SamTrans fares range from $1 to $5. Alternatively, take the 110 bus from the Daly City BART station to the Linda Mar Park N Ride. From there, it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
Driving
From San Francisco, take Highway 1 south for approximately 15 miles. The Pacifica State Beach parking lot is located just south of Crespi Drive on the right side. Parking costs $7 for up to 4 hours or $9 for all-day parking, between 8 AM and 8 PM. Be sure to pay at the kiosks and display your permit. Parking can fill up quickly on weekends and during good surf conditions.

From anywhere in Pacifica, a taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to Pacifica State Beach will likely be the quickest option. From San Francisco to Pacifica State Beach, an Uber will cost approximately $31 and take about 26 minutes. From Daly City, a taxi to Pacifica State Beach will cost $35-$45 and take about 10 minutes.
