Getting There
Bus
From San Leandro BART station, board the BART train headed towards San Francisco/Daly City. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the 24th Street Mission Station. Once you exit the station, transfer to bus line 33 at the bus stop located on 24th Street. Take the 33 bus towards the 'Bayview/Hunters Point' and ride it for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at 'Randall Museum', which is a short walk away from the museum entrance.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and want to bike, start at the San Leandro Marina. Head north on Marina Blvd, then take a left onto Doolittle Dr. Follow Doolittle Dr until it merges into Hegenberger Rd. Continue on Hegenberger, which will take you to the Oakland area. From there, follow the signs for the San Francisco Bay Trail. Once you cross into San Francisco, keep following the trail until you reach the Randall Museum, located at 199 Museum Way. The ride will take approximately 1.5 hours depending on your pace.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can start from downtown San Leandro. Head to the San Leandro BART station and take a BART train towards San Francisco. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 24th Street Mission Station. From there, it's about a 25-minute walk to Randall Museum. Head northwest on 24th Street, turn right onto Harrison Street, then left onto 19th Street. Continue straight until you reach the museum entrance at 199 Museum Way. This journey will take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes in total.
