    BART

    From San Leandro, head to the San Leandro BART station, which is located at 1401 East 14th Street. Take the train towards the Daly City direction. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Montgomery Street station in San Francisco. Once you exit the station, transfer to the Muni bus or walk towards the Embarcadero area. From there, you can take the Muni bus 8 or 30 towards North Beach. Get off at the stop nearest to Broadway and Columbus Avenue, and from there, it’s a short walk to The Beat Museum at 540 Broadway.

    Bus

    From San Leandro, locate the AC Transit bus stop near you. Take the AC Transit Line 40 towards the San Francisco Transbay Terminal. The trip will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Transbay Terminal, transfer to the Muni bus 8 or 30 towards North Beach. Get off at the stop nearest to Broadway and Columbus Avenue, and walk to The Beat Museum at 540 Broadway.

    Walking & Transit

    If you prefer walking, head to the nearest bus stop and take the AC Transit Line 1 towards the San Francisco Transbay Terminal. After about 45 minutes, get off at the last stop. From there, you can either walk or take the Muni bus 8 or 30 towards North Beach. Get off at the stop near Broadway and Columbus Avenue, and walk to The Beat Museum located at 540 Broadway.
