Public Transport
Several bus lines serve the Koret Children's Quarter. From downtown, take the N Judah Muni line to the UCSF/ Parnassus station, then walk about 5 minutes to the park entrance. Alternatively, several bus lines stop near Stanyan St & Waller St or Haight St & Stanyan St, each about a 6-minute walk to the playground. Single ride fares are around $3.
Walking
From nearby attractions within Golden Gate Park, such as the California Academy of Sciences or the de Young Museum, the Koret Children's Quarter is accessible by a pleasant walk through the park's pathways. Follow signs towards the southeast corner of the park, near the SF Lawn Bowling Club. The walk is mostly flat and takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
Driving
Parking is available on the streets surrounding Golden Gate Park, but it can be challenging, especially on weekends. There is a small parking lot near the SF Lawn Bowling Club, adjacent to the park. Parking is free but limited. Expect to spend time searching for a spot, especially during peak hours.
