From San Ramon, head to the nearest bus stop and take the County Connection Bus 20 towards Livermore. Make sure to check the bus schedule for accurate times. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Vasco Road & Tesla Road stop. From there, walk south on S Vasco Rd for about 10 minutes until you reach Mitchell Katz Winery at 2915 S Vasco Rd.
Bicycle

If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from a local shop in San Ramon. Start by heading south on San Ramon Valley Blvd, which will take you towards Livermore. Follow the bike lanes along the road and continue until you reach the intersection with S Vasco Rd. Turn left onto S Vasco Rd and ride for approximately 5 miles. Mitchell Katz Winery will be on your right at 2915 S Vasco Rd.
