Walking
If you are in downtown Santa Barbara, start at State Street and head east towards the ocean. Walk towards the Santa Barbara Courthouse located at 1100 Anacapa St. Continue east on Anacapa St until you reach E Cabrillo Blvd. Turn right onto E Cabrillo Blvd and walk along the oceanfront. After about 1 mile, you will reach the intersection with Los Patos Way. Turn left onto Los Patos Way and continue for a short distance until you arrive at Andree Clark Bird Refuge located at 34a Los Patos Way. The entrance will be on your right.

Bicycle
Rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in downtown Santa Barbara. Once you have your bike, head east on State Street towards the ocean, then turn right onto East Cabrillo Boulevard. Follow this road, which runs parallel to the beach, for approximately 1 mile. Look for the signs for Los Patos Way, and turn left. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Andree Clark Bird Refuge at 34a Los Patos Way.

From downtown Santa Barbara, take the MTD bus line 2 or 20 towards the Eastside. Board the bus at any of the stops along State Street. Get off at the stop at Los Patos Way and E Cabrillo Blvd. From there, walk north on Los Patos Way for a few minutes until you reach Andree Clark Bird Refuge at 34a Los Patos Way. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes.
