Getting There

Public Bus
From downtown Santa Barbara, head to the nearest bus stop at State St & Cota St. Take the MTD Bus Line 1 towards the East side. Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Mission St & San Rafael Ave. From there, transfer to Line 20 (the 'Mission Canyon' route). Continue on Line 20 for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop at Tunnel Rd & Foothill Rd. From this bus stop, you will have a 15-20 minute walk to Seven Falls. Follow Tunnel Rd up until you see the entrance to the trailhead on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in downtown Santa Barbara. Start by heading east on State St towards Mission St. Turn left on Mission St, which will turn into Mission Canyon Rd. Continue following Mission Canyon Rd until you reach Tunnel Rd, then turn right. Follow Tunnel Rd for about 1 mile until you reach the trailhead for Seven Falls. The ride is scenic but be aware that the last section is uphill.

Walking
For the adventurous walker, start from the Santa Barbara Courthouse. Head east on Anapamu St until you reach State St, then turn right. Continue on State St until you reach Mission St and turn left. Walk along Mission St which becomes Mission Canyon Rd. After about 1.5 miles, turn right onto Tunnel Rd. Walk along Tunnel Rd for approximately 0.5 miles until you see the entrance to the Seven Falls trailhead on your left. This route is approximately 3 miles one way and will take about an hour to walk.
