If you're starting from the Santa Barbara Waterfront, head east on Cabrillo Blvd towards State St. Continue on State St until you reach E Anapamu St. Turn left onto E Anapamu St and walk for about 5 blocks. The Santa Barbara County Landmarks office is located at 123 E Anapamu St, on your left side, inside the Country Engineering Building.
