  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Santa Clara, start at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Walk east on Convention Center Way until you reach the intersection with Tasman Drive. Turn right onto Tasman Drive and continue walking until you reach the nearest light rail station, the Great America station. From there, take the light rail southbound towards the San Jose Diridon station. Alight at the San Jose stop. Once you exit the station, walk east on West Santa Clara Street until you reach South Market Street. Turn left onto South Market Street and the San Jose Museum of Art will be on your right at 110 S Market St.

  • Public Transport

    From Santa Clara University, head east on Franklin Street until you reach North 1st Street. Turn left and walk to the nearest VTA bus stop at North 1st St & E San Salvador St. Take the 22 or 522 bus towards the San Jose Diridon station. After a short ride, get off at the San Jose Diridon station stop. From there, walk east on West Santa Clara Street until you reach South Market Street. Turn left onto South Market Street and you will find the San Jose Museum of Art at 110 S Market St.

  • Biking

    If you prefer to bike, start at the Santa Clara downtown area and head south on N 1st Street. Continue until you reach the intersection with E San Fernando Street and turn right. Follow E San Fernando Street until it turns into W Santa Clara Street. Continue on W Santa Clara Street until you reach South Market Street. Turn right onto South Market Street and the San Jose Museum of Art will be on your right at 110 S Market St.
