The Hammer Museum is accessible via multiple bus lines that stop near the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Wilshire Boulevard. From Los Angeles Union Station, the Line 534 bus provides direct service to Wilshire Blvd & Westwood Blvd. Alternatively, take the Metro Expo Line to the Westwood/Rancho Park stop and transfer to a bus to the museum. A single ride on LA Metro costs $1.75.

From the UCLA campus, the Hammer Museum is a pleasant walk south on Westwood Boulevard. From the intersection of Westwood Boulevard and Le Conte Avenue, walk approximately 0.6 miles south. The museum will be on your left, at the intersection of Westwood and Wilshire Boulevard.

Driving
The Hammer Museum is located at the corner of Westwood and Wilshire Boulevards. Convenient self-parking is available under the museum. Enter from Westwood Boulevard (northbound) or Glendon Avenue (southbound), between Wilshire Boulevard and Lindbrook Drive. Parking rates are $8 for the first three hours with museum validation, and $3 for each additional 20 minutes, with a $22 daily maximum. There is an $8 flat rate after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends. Valet parking is available on Lindbrook Drive for $15.
